25th July: on our way to Illulissat 69°13.4N 51°05.9W to welcome our new crew members summer weather, no rain for one week but thermal wind. When there is no wind: mushrooms and blueberries picking surrounded by flies, at least it’s better than mosquitos.

After 2 days of rain and swell all the crews has resisted to the hoarfrost in order to face the sun and the drifting ice On our way to Illutissat; our crew will change next week.
Wonderful pictures on the hard drives in the luggages of the poor Southerners going back in the heat of France. An amazing day in the ice… then blueberries picking with the nice sound of the iceberg murmuring. Few wildlife as well as for human life, we nevertheless met Perle Noire a French catamaran !!

Alizés wind didn’t want we go straight to Caribbean so 4 days stop in Mindelo in Cabo Verde , not too bad to have fun to unblock toilets (descaling time) and to shop fruits and vegetables
